Pros

Nothing. The company is doing nothing right. Wish I would have never wasted my time there.

Cons

LONG HOURS. All you do is work and sleep. Especially during harvest but really its all year around. Upper management doesn't listen to a word you say. Started a 50K but really you are only making 12 bucks an hours because of all the hours you work.

During harvest season, employees in our Grain business often work longer hours than usual. This is required in order to meet the needs of our customers. During the balance of the year, this is not the case; we - as a company - believe that work/life balance is important and continue to look for ways to underscore this with our employees. Pros

good 401k good health insurance

Cons

upper managers have no clue what anyone does they work 40 hours and 5 days a week and expect their employees to work six 10-14 hour days. & days a week during harvest. They think the occasional cookout compensates them for the work they do. Can't find reliable help anymore so they will just hire anyone. This is the CGB MidMiss group. It is all about the money. Do not care about employees. Will not let them hire any additional help even though it is needed. Upper management needs to get out and know their employees and what they do.
