Women have much more to contribute than the culture allows - Human Resources CGB Enterprises Employee Review

It is true that, in the past, this industry has been predominantly male driven. Over the past several years, CGB has developed and maintains a strong commitment to increasing the number of female leaders within the company and workforce. We continue to hire and promote women for leadership roles within our organization and we enhance leadership skills for both men and women through a company designed and ongoing program called “Leadership Foundations.” CGB is also in its third year of a women specific mentoring program called “Lead Retain Grow” in which we assign mentors to female professionals to facilitate continued growth.
