      Pros

      There is a great deal of opportunity for those who are willing to buy in and work hard. The company appreciates good people and hard work while frowning upon arrogance and "me" mentalities. Management believes in promoting cameraderie from top to bottom. The company is small enough that you quickly become familiar with others in distant locations, creating a sense of family. However, it is large enough to offer big opportunities.

      Cons

      safety culture can sometimes be overwhelming at first, it could take moving (multiple times and great distances) to accelerate advancement

      good 401k good health insurance

      Cons

      upper managers have no clue what anyone does they work 40 hours and 5 days a week and expect their employees to work six 10-14 hour days. & days a week during harvest. They think the occasional cookout compensates them for the work they do. Can't find reliable help anymore so they will just hire anyone. This is the CGB MidMiss group. It is all about the money. Do not care about employees. Will not let them hire any additional help even though it is needed. Upper management needs to get out and know their employees and what they do.
