Pros

Pros exist for career opportunities if you are able to get into the management, operations or merchandising training programs.

Cons

You will be belittled, degraded and forced to sit within one role for time on end with falsified promises of opportunities for advancement. Management is blatantly sexist and deliberately stagnates female employees from developing skill sets and moving forward within the company. Certain HR divisions within the country (specifically the midwest) do not cooperate or adequately communicate the reality of advancement to current employees and also fail to take complains seriously and belittle the person for their point of view. Investigations into office concerns is given little to no regard under the guide of investigation. The general manager and accounting manager for the River Bend Brokerage/River Bend Transport divisions work selfishly for bottom line profits while undercutting salaries and will refuse to consider you for certain opportunities depending on your gender and not your actual qualifications.

Pros

good 401k good health insurance

Cons

upper managers have no clue what anyone does they work 40 hours and 5 days a week and expect their employees to work six 10-14 hour days. & days a week during harvest. They think the occasional cookout compensates them for the work they do. Can't find reliable help anymore so they will just hire anyone. This is the CGB MidMiss group. It is all about the money. Do not care about employees. Will not let them hire any additional help even though it is needed. Upper management needs to get out and know their employees and what they do.
