Pros
Some of the most open-minded people I've worked with. Very laid back and cares about you as a person. At times, things can get a little unorganized and hectic, but management does a good job to keep you calm and my supervisor had much faith in the staff. You have plenty of opportunity, if you don't work for support services. If you have a money-making role, you can move up and into management or further.
Cons
No raise in over 2 years, made empty promises. Sometimes instead of hiring or promoting from within, often times they will hire someone from outside the company to fill a big role. He/She may not appreciate the culture there, and looks at the numbers and getting ahead with numbers instead of treating their employees fairly with compensation or personal praise. Annual profit sharing is nice, but they count that as part of your salary and it isn't guaranteed, and fluctuates from year to year.
