Pros
Loyal to their customers and employees, very family oriented, Safety driven to provide the best safety stats in the industry, non political, ethics are a key component to our core values and we sustain ESG protocols.
Cons
This company never stops moving. Depending on the position, the work life balance is one of the biggest cons to me. They do not expect you to work as much as other companies, however, when its crunch time, working the max hour of a day is needed. Also, the pay could be better. We have an awesome safety and training program but have a hard time keeping folks because the pay is low for a lot of positions.
