Pros
Employee Social Events occurred quarterly (or so) with small employee contribution. Good benefit options.
Cons
Favoritism for raises and promotions. Management couldn't define method or metrics for raises or promotions. I was later offered a Project Manager role on the same project with ZERO salary increase--which, after already be being lowballed for the BA role, should have been significantly bumped to almost double the rate. I was told that, if after a year or more, if I proved I met my milestones and deliverable deadlines, a raise could be discussed.
