Pros
The teamwork, the patients, other employees make this such a great place to work. They must be pumping something in the air cause everyone is extremely nice and loves working for CHAS. They have amazing benefits with great prices and have a program to get your price down as well. They also since they want your to be proud to work at CHAS, they also give you $175 twice a year to purchase CHAS gear. The PTO is the highest I have also accumulated per pay period as well. They really do understand that if employees are taking care of they will take care of the patients.
Cons
The pharmacy can be very busy at times and short staffed sometimes.
