Pros

work from home options and PTO

Cons

Discrimination - unvaccinated employees are no allowed to enter the office buildings or attend company events. This also includes team lunches at PUBLIC restaurants. CHG fakes this "all inclusive" culture, but don't let it fool you. Out of touch - Senior leadership has no clue what is going on with the people in the company. They do one survey a year to gauge how people feel about the company, but avoid any additional surveying if negative news has been announce in the company (i.e. avoiding pulse surveys after announcing a company-wide vaccination policy). Extremely Liberal Company - they don't even try to hide it! They focus on ONLY democratic agendas and ignore any mention of conservative politics. Censorship - censoring any employees who disagree or speak up against company policies and agendas. All comments were turned off when employees were RESPECTFULLY expressing their opinions about the new company vaccination policy. Because of the toxic positivity this company constantly shoves down everyone's throats, they didn't like any employees speaking up about something they disagreed with. They would rather censor anyone who doesn't agree.

As a healthcare company, we're dedicated to doing our best to make a difference in the lives of our people, our clients, and our communities. We feel obligated to do everything we can to support healthcare workers throughout the world who are trying to stop the pandemic. Our company is comprised of thousands of unique individuals who have differing opinions on everything from sports to politics. At CHG, we want to make sure those voices are heard and respected. That's why every employee had an opportunity to choose whether or not to be vaccinated. We appreciate you and your work. We care about your health and safety and hope to provide you with the best workplace experience possible - whether that's in the office or at home. Thanks for sharing your frustrations.

Pros

CHG has been an incredible place to work for the last decade. I have been provided many opportunities to grow and contribute in new ways, There are many thrilling business problems to solve and challenges that keep me engaged and excited to come to work each day. I love the culture, the people I get to work with, the flexibility, the rewarding and meaningful work, and what we are building together.

Cons

I'd love to see a higher 401K match and maybe sabbaticals every 10 years.

Pros

Ability to work from home. OK pay. Mostly great people to work with.

Cons

Used to be a company that never laid people off. Now it seems that every month, some group has layoffs. We are being told that AI won't replace any people, yet people are being laid off and not replaced. Promotions from within are rare. VPs are hired from outside the company. Culture has changed. Bad behavior is tolerated if that person gives good results for the bottom line. Leaders can push to have people in other departments demoted or fired. Many leaders only pay lip service to Work/Life balance. I often take my computer with me on my days off so I can jump on and take care of things. I frequently answer emails and phone calls on days off. Lots of pressure to come into the office to work, even if the rest of your team isn't there. Messaging from management is confusing. We are told that CHG is gaining market share in a difficult market and then told that CHG isn't meeting its goals, so raises will be very small and the bonuses won't be that great. But somehow CHG is doing really well. Skip level 1:1 are a waste of time. I've figured out that if I just get whoever I'm talking to talking about their stuff, I don't actually have to say anything. If I do manage to bring up a concern or ask a question, I'm told that I'm making an interesting point, but I don't get any further information or answers. Basically, CHG has become just like any other corporation.
