      Flexible schedule is about it.

      Morale and pay. Pay is th lowest I have ever made - we moved here in 2021. I was making much more before I left. In fact, my coworkers in Waxahachie that l left are making about $12 more per hour than me now and they get bonuses quarterly.

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
