      Pros

      Highland Surgeons are great doctors. Enjoy working with them and my coworkers. Working relationship with other Nursing departments is very good.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive by experience. Not enough PTO days (start at 10 days a year) to be used vacation, sick, personal and holidays.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
