      Some nice people who actually live out the mission statement

      Cons

      To top heavy, poor training, unorganized. No accountability when work is not performed. Some people literally sit and talk on phone to family and friends and still get paid. Only at Christus!

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
