      Great staff nurses to work with. Good experience as a grad nurse to get foundation set.

      Cons

      Poor execution of floor workflow. Patient acuity not always used and nurses overworked with up to 6 patients each.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
