      This organization is a ministry so you feel a good connection that the work you do positively affects the communities it serves. Job openings in my department available regularly.

      Cons

      Maturing leadership infrastructure. Regular department re-orgs every few years. THis opens doors but also fosters uneasiness in the lower level teams.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
