      Pros

      No call offs, always had full paycheck. Christian organization, Respected hospital, competitive pay, excellent clinical education.

      Cons

      They never considered acuity in patient ratios. I would frequently have ICU holds, many times 2 at a time and still have 2 other ER patients. I also worked 11am-11pm, but rarely could leave on time. It could be 12, 1, even 2am before I could leave.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
