      Non-profit healthcare. Onsite nurse. Great benefits

      Cons

      Senior Management doesn't get a long. They are very rude and have often times been caught yelling at each other in the office. Not a very organized or professional environment.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
