      Pros

      One benefit of this job is that I am able to easily take PTO time to do things that I need to take care of during the week such as taking an animal to the vet or getting a doctors appointment for a kid.

      Cons

      The job requires much more than what you expect for the pay. Some days you do not get much accomplished because of all the extra responsibilities. There are always new responsibilities and pay increases are small.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
