Pros
Cabrini is a great place to work. Good family type culture, with caring staff for patients and one another.
Cons
As part of CHRISTUS, the local policies are losing to a corporate system, taking the voice of local clinicians out of the decision making in policies and procedures. Still, this is not across the board, and many decisions are still governed locally.
