      Pros

      I love meeting new people and absolutely love caring for my patients. Some of the nurses are truly amazing.

      Cons

      WAY understaffed and job becomes almost impossible if you are the only aid on the floor, then have to do well over your job description because of some TRULY LAZY nurses that try to take advantage of your help. Sometimes I was the only aid on the floor with 43 patients.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
