      The people I work with have been happily serving the community in Lake Charles, La. It feels like family.

      I have no complaints at this time. Management is fair and pays a competitive wage. Work life balance is easy.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
