      1. Lack of skills/leadership in our Senior Leadership. 2. Lack of Communications 3. Lack of Career Development 4. Lack of Company's Direction/Vision/Mission 5. People getting promoted without the proper skills & managers promote their friends. 6. Lots of favoritism 7. Lack of Mentorship 8. Micro Management 9. No flexibility to Work/Life Balance 10. Benefits are terrible, especially the 401K 11. NO ACCOUNTABILITY

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
