      Ability to learn volumes. Forced to become efficient. Good benefits and decent perks.

      Cons

      Short-staffed. Forced to due more with less. Some equipment, such as those in the labs, tend to be older and less "high-tech" than competing hospitals. Software needs to be brought in to the current era. High turn-over rate.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
