      Pros

      I enjoyed working At CHRISTUS Spohn Mem With All the Patient's in the different Clinics at the Specialty Clinic.

      Cons

      The only Con for me was some of the people working there were not very nice which you find that in any job, but people should be nice to each other . People need to remember to treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
