      Stability, benefits, communication, buttload of hours, they work with you, ability to move up and learn within the different departments

      Pay kinda sucks starting off, and sometimes there is a huge gap in communication but we still learn to deal with it

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
