      Pros

      Experience & exposure to all floors is great for nursing students! Got exposure to ER, Med-surg, ICU/CCU, NICU, L&D. Good pay for no experience. Able to self-schedule.

      Cons

      Med-surg floors, treated as CNA instead of extern. ( Good exposure & will make you appreciate your CNAs!) Don;t have much control over where they send you, just go wherever help is needed.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
