      Management is nice. Willing to work with you on schedule changes. Overall ethics and core values are appreciated.

      Cons

      Low pay. Requires attendance of meetings and online classes to receive a small increase in raise. This is not a career, this is a job.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
