      The people are great. If you want to get into health care to make a difference this is an organization for you. We always try to do best by others. ALWAYS.

      Cons

      I am not confident in the c-suite. The CEO is amazing. Sometimes the rest of them especially with a recent change make me wonder? But, I want to believe they are trying to get up to speed so they can lead effectively.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
