      Good benefits and vacation time

      Cons

      Company only cares about its bottom line. It pretends to care about patient safety. No matter how much you express concerns they go over looked. They are so under staffed that you can never use all the vacation time they entice you with.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
