      It’s a job to support yourself til you find something better.

      Cons

      Interviewed here they don’t pay even close to market rate for RN. Similar sized small towns in Texas pay about $5 an hour higher. Big city such as Houston or Dallas pay around $10 an hour higher. This is with 8 years experience as an RN. My suggestion is don’t hire here when you can make decent money elsewhere. Hospitals that don’t take care of their employees don’t care about their patients.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
