The management is lacking. When you have management that does not know your specialty it makes it difficult. It also makes it difficult when you are drowning, there’s no extra hands to briefly help as they don’t know the critical care. Management is very cliquish on how you are going to advance with in that facility. So that makes it little to no career growth. Also if there was any issues brought up that they didn’t want to hear, it put a target on your back. I worked there for over 5 years, so these are things you may not see right off the bat, but you notice it quickly.
