In my current position inflation is higher than what they're willing to compensate me more so each year becomes more depressing. The mental health issues I'm suffering compounds year after year just like compound interest. Anyway that's why I'm here looking for a new job. If you're in a nursing position you'll end up finding yourself jumping to UT Tyler so you can a pay raise and then jump back to Christus. It's essentially price discrimination but for wages.
