      Toxic work environment, no work/life balance- constant in services and online training that had to be completed, unreasonable workload- admissions, discharges, head to toe assessments, hourly rounds, and excessive documentation

      Make your own schedule Great coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
