      Pros

      The company had lots of fun events and was generous with gifts. I liked the covered parking and ice machine and free coffee.

      Cons

      Everything else. Narcissistic managers who have since left Christus and got fired from their next job. Nepotism. Inappropriate relationships in the workplace including HR and executive leaders. Hidden secrets they hold over each other’s heads to get and keep promotions. It’s as toxic as it gets.

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
