      The benefits are good including a percentage match if you invest into your 401K.

      Cons

      There aren't many opportunities for advancement or substantial increase in pay unless you completely change what area or specialty you work in. Also, trying to find coverage for time off has been an ongoing issue.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
