      All the nurses really work together as a team

      Cons

      You will be working extra hours 5pm-5am in the recovery room in addition to your 40+. Also you will be called in for cases that are not emergencies.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
