Beware - Anonymous employee CHRISTUS Health Employee Review

CHRISTUS is a Great faith based company

I do not have any cons for this organization

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
