As a “ faith- based” health care facility - services were originally available for everyone . The mission stmt “ to provide a healing ministry of Jesus Christ” was lived daily . People were proud to represent the facility and the care they provided. It was an honor to work under their title .
Cons
The company started as a sincere caring facility . When they became “ for profit “the only “ freestanding Childrens Hospital “ in the city they changed 180 degrees . The CNO is everything that the original 3 French nuns does not represent. Their truthfulness and compassion has been replaced by manipulation selfishness and greed. It is heartbreaking that the sacrifices and original compassion the hospital represented have been replaced by a “ money - hungry “ /political battleground . What a shame that the “corporate “ leaders have lost their integrity and honor and allowed fear and profit become their voice . Chosa leaders have lost their faith based philosophy - it is obvious to anyone who knew the original organization.
