Management needs to be fair when enforcing companies policy don't have a discussion with one employee but terminate another when both employees committed the same offense with no additional issues. Need to improve communication when it comes to concerns brought up by employee's. The turnover has gotten worse and the pay is still below average. You get hired to do buyer work but end up training new employees with no pay increase which then causes you to fall behind on your work assignments. Promotions are lateral unless it's outside of the department or a leadership role. Only contract employees get to WFH and they are paid a higher salary.
