      It's a non-profit, so it provides care to people that private hospitals may not. The company is not profiting from human suffering.

      Cons

      There's a lot of prayer in the workplace, whether everyone is concurrent with it or not, because it's a Catholic hospital. Pay is on the lower end compared to other healthcare systems in the area. There is no unionization.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
