Hostile language and behavior overlooked and silently encouraged in Medical Management department by leadership towards former leader and staff by a supervisor. This behavior was more like rewarded than reprimanded. Supervisor is slowly running staff off and putting a strain on existing staff members by not wanting to help out staff but rather attend management meetings all the time. She is hateful and gossipy. Talks about staff behind their backs.
