      There is safety in numbers.

      Cons

      They don't seem to value experience or loyalty to the system. I've been here 16 years and just got my salary review and it basically says that because I am in the highest tier, I will no longer get a raise. There is a 3.5% bonus if I qualify and up 5% if productivity is met.

      Pros

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
