      Can’t think of any, terrible place.

      Cons

      Hospital creates there on policy that goes against state. They will restrain a patient under 1 order. MD will never come by. Got report on confused mawmaw had been restrained 11 days. Orders are to expire every 24 hours. They don’t care and that’s from management too. When I said to my manager that it was not okay I was told that it was okay here.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
