Pros
Has been a good place to work for the last 8 years. PTO is decent, but you have to plan 6+ weeks in advance, call in policy is manageable unless you or your kids are sick a lot. Self-scheduling for nurses, though they may switch your days here and there without telling you depending on the manager. I don't hear about super unsafe ratios much if ever. They offer tuition reimbursement and/or completely cover tuition in some cases. I'm currently working on my BSN for free. The only money I have to come up with is for books and they will reimburse that cost.
Cons
Most cons are cons anywhere you go in healthcare. Working holidays and weekends (5-6 weekend days in a 6 week period), 12 hour shifts, difficult patients. Pay is on the low end even for new grad nurses and 2% raises happen once a year. If you want to increase your pay really at all working here you have to move up the ladder.
