      Very nice pay to start with a small amount Of increase with extensive cross. Training

      Cons

      Greed and Dollars make them useless to anyone if you were hurt on the job or if some harrassment occurred. They see only bottom line!

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
