      Family focused, generous bonuses, fair raises based on evaluation. Excellent home time.

      Cons

      Bi monthly pay.. that is the only thing I wish were different as bothy husband and I are on the same pay schedule.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
