Pros

-good experience for resume -pay was decent (40k), if you stick with the company long enough you will be rewarder -great benefits; benefits kick in the first day you start -the employees and clients are nice -the job has a certain level of prestige to it, especially if you are younger

Cons

-terrible back office -lots of cold calling, and you better be good at it -too much sales pressure -micromanagement -too much too learn with bad training and support -overwhelming -takes a while to move up and if you are good at ur position they wont want you to move up. -feels too much like working in retail
