PAY crap, raises are horrible I have been there for 5 years and always had amazing reviews and my largest raise was 300 a year? seriously, your starting people at what it took me 5 years to get! why didn't we get a raise when minimum wage was increased? Management sucks, they only care about sales results and have no respect for work life balance
