Pros

Above average pay in comparison to its peer groups Good work-life balance, additional attractive benefits Easy job to learn and master Good location, all types of transportation are available Incentive based pat scheme

Cons

A lot of repetitive call types, becomes boring and uneventful Management is very micro-managed, treat employees literally like children that need to be monitored consistently All the effort it takes to generate sales, revenues for the bank, little reward in return( bonuses) Difficult to advance within, unless you know someone in a higher grade level position, in which you may be referred

Pros

The NY location is close to Grand Central Station

Cons

Slow Canadian culture that finds it challenging to meet US regulatory standards. Executives play favorites and gaslight employees, if you voice your opinion, they either silence you or try to manage you out with exaggerated "performance issues"
