Job security, professional people, great benefits and discounts. They have no problem hiring from within and you can easily move up the ladder if you apply yourself and take extra courses.
Cons
The hours can be a bit demanding, and getting home at a decent dinner hour is sometimes difficult if you have late appointments or unfinished paperwork.
