job stability, good management, flexibility in scheduling and personal time, the aspects of the job itself can really enhance your skillset in terms of knowledge in financial planning, multi tasking, sales and customer service
Cons
for the workload and constant job requirements/pressure, compensation is not adequate. Management is good, however forced to push you as a result of higher management with a theme of "what have you done for me today/this week"
